Chinos: J. Crew
Shoes: Franco Sarto
One day I'll take the time to get a decent photo, where my face isn't half way shaded, and the colors are truel  I ended up changing out of these pants before work and wore the top with skinny jeans...because I wasn't loving this whole outfit.  I think the pants need to be worn with a loose black or white tee.  I'll give them another try.   I was hoping I could get these pants to turn into something more like this.  I think I know what to do for next time.  Happy Wednesday!!
The pants look great on you. You should definitely try them with a tee...maybe in a springy pastel color.
ReplyDeletelove the colours here!! I agree with previous - a nice spring, pastelly colour would look lovely, or a big white T - maybe belted? Looking forward to seeing different variations! not that this isn't lovely of course :) xx
ReplyDeleteI love the pants (or trousers, I'm English!) especially the turn-ups, lovely for the spring. Have to say my favourite thing about your outfit is the little jumper/ cardigan with the belt, that is a very cute piece x
ReplyDeleteI thought this looked great!! I love the sweater with it. It's such an unexpected color combo but it WORKS! Sushi this weekend?
ReplyDeleteOooh. Love the top combo. Very nice!
ReplyDeleteI love that you didn't like your outfit but posted it anyway because you are cool like that. I agree that those pants would look great with something more casual up top. Great shoes!
ReplyDeleteI love the top combination you've got going on!
ReplyDeleteVery cute! :)
ReplyDeleteVery cute! :)
ReplyDeleteI like the pants. I bet they'd look awesome with a crisp white blouse.
ReplyDeletei love your trousers, they look so comfy, you could tuck a top into the waistband? it's what i always like doing with pants x
