Blacks+Grays=Comfort

You know those days where you want to be cute (like every day, duh) but you want to be comfortable? Do you know what I mean? Like no jeans digging into you (maybe that's just me), no scarf staring you back in the face, no high heels constantly reminding you you didn't cut your toe nails (too much information), etc?  This outfit was inspired to be one the exact opposite of one of those outfits.  And I loved it.
batman?i look like i'm about to take flight.

What I'm wearing:
Coat: North Face
T: Wal-Mart $4 booyah
Leggings: Juicy
Boots: London £3

OH, and yes, those are my roots. Take a good look.  And please enjoy them.
I really need NEED some skinnys because I want to be able to wear my boots with something other than these pants. Sometimes I'm a little self conscious they are too thin.
Thanks for reading Fresh!

Do you feel comfortable wearing leggings (like cotton leggings) as opposed to skinny jeans or something thicker?

Sooo love this! It looks super comfy and that is very important to me. And 3 pounds for the boots??? NICE!

You should check out shopstyle.com for skinny jeans!

um I actually really love this! and yes, I can relate the whole wanting to be comfy thing. I wish I could pull off leggings, but even if I *did* lose twenty pounds, I have gigantic knees. I'm not kidding. So I'll just live vicariously through people who can pull it off really well, like you.

Thanks for the comment on my sisters' and my blog, btw!

You look cute and warm.

Haha, reminds of being in French at high school and trying to work out how to say "I think you are hot" in Spanish (we had a cute Catalan boy in our class that one of my friends was trying to impress), however, translated literally we didn't end up quite getting "I think you are hot" as much as "I think you are warm" (in the way that a latte is warm, sort of thing.

i adore those boots, btw!

i know exactly what you mean. i have comfortable days all the time where i just wear leggings and a sweater (i just never take pictures on those days haha). love this simple, chic outfit of yours though (that batman picture is my favorite haha) :)

I've been trying to find some ultra skinny jeans (not jeggings, for the love of god not jeggings!!) to wear with my Zara boots but I can't seem to find any that fit as comfortably as leggings.

You look great in that outfit lovely, love the Batman impression!

girl you have such cute easy style! :) and to answer your blog question, i feel more comfortable wearing skinny jeans or (jeggings haha) out in public anyway. at home i can do a thicker spandex legging. love your blog, you're going on my blog roll for sure. :)

Btw, depends how I would wear the leggings - if I'm wearing the leggins with a tee shirt then its a no-no for me,other than that it's fine

I hate wearing jeans for work because I sit at a computer all day and they dig so much! Dresses are my favourites, with tights when it's cold. You look wonderfully casual here.

this is a version of what i wear to class every single day! my kind of outfit.

and to answer your question, i'll wear leggings as jeans as long as my top covers my butt. any shorter and i feel a little uncomfortable. lately i am all about wearing leggings, one of g's comfy sweaters (yes, i just admitted that) and a pair of slouchy boots.

90% of my jeans are skinnys, though, and they all feel just like leggings. bdg's from urban are my hands down favorites.

I love wearing leggings and tights rather than pants, with a nice cozy sweater dress - perfectly acceptable for public, yet so comfortable!
