Springy Sunday

Today was a big family day!  Sundays usually are around here.  We had our family picture and this is what I ended up wearing.  I woke up much later than expected, which sadly left me with zero time to curl my hair or take my sweet time getting ready.  I didn't even hear my alarm go off. I realize there is a lot going on with my outfit, but hey, welcome to the Spring Trends of 2010 baby, because florals and prints combined is one of them.

What I'm wearing:
Dress: Anthropologie (I love the 50's feel it has) $can't remember
Tights: Anthropologie $5

Were the tights and dress too much?  Would you have worn the dress differently? To be honest, I think I may have...

My mom snapped this of me, when TT and I were leaving.  This is what I usually look like.  Bags galore.  Always caring around a lot of STUFF.  But I need it all.

I love the tights with the dress! the pattern on them is not too bold so as to compete with the pattern on the dress, and wedges are fantastic!

I wouldn't have thought of this combo either but I like it! It's fresh and unexpected in a good way. I love that you paired it with gray tights. Your legs looked super long today!

Thanks again for the invite, food, company, and pics! You're my super blogger friend!!!

I don't think it was too much at all! The shoes pull the tights in and I've always loved the combination of grey and pink. You look wonderful and really just perfect for a family picture. :)

Those tights are spectacular!

i think i'd probably have worn unpatterned grey tights with that dress, because i would have talked myself out of wearing two patterns. But you pull it off quite wonderfully (i'm just a nervous sort of person about these things when it comes to my own clothes). i should stop being so scared of clothes that aren't boring.

The dress is beautiful. It's a great colour, the print is nice and so are the collar and sleeves. It's just lovely. And it suits you so well.
