Skinny Stripes

Okay, thank you all for the colored jeans support! I definitely appreciate it.  Today on my way home from school my seeester called and asked if I would be home for a sec.  Next thing I know she's swinging by our place just to drop me off a card and a gift certificate.  For NO reason.  I'm pretty sure I have the best sister in the world. Then, I get to work, and this girl says, "Meg, I saw this wonderful cookie at Carlucci's (awesome downtown bakery/cafe) and totally thought, Meg would like this." And lets just say she was right.  Don't you just love it when people do random acts of kindness?  Especially for you? It SO made my day. I feel like I'm always thinking about things I could do, but very rarely do I follow through with it.  Goal: do something nice for someone tomorrow.  (hmmm...who should I pick?)
I'm wearing my skinnys...again.  This is gross, but I'll confess.  They were in a laundry pile, but at least they were on the very top of that laundry pile, and I took them off it and put them on.  I don't even want to part with them so they can be washed. That's sad.
What I'm Wearing:
Coat: Gap (also worn here)
Watch: Fossil, gifted
Shirt: F21, purchased yesterday for a screamin' deal (someone asked me if it was Banana Republic...win.)
Boots: Aldo, worn very few times, and today a button fell off.

My parents got a pool table today. Let the competition begin.

Ahhhh guilty as charged, I have sometimes plucked a clothing off the top of the laundry pile for sake of something to wear.

Also, I feel inspired to do a random act of kindness now. Here's a starter: what a cute outfit, I'm a sucker for stripes!

I wear jeans multiple times too - as long as they don't smell you've not got much to worry about ;-)

Those boots are absolutely wonderful. Nightmare about the button falling off - hope you manage to get them fixed :)

As for the random acts of kindness, it put a smile on my face just thinking about them :)

I wear my jeans for far longer than is acceptable without washing them too! I feel I have nothing to wear once they're in the laundry :(
Thats so awesome about the pool table!!

Not only do I wear my jeans forever before I wash them {usually I wear them until they're a little stretched out, unless they smell funny or they've got a spot on them, and then I wash them right away}, I've heard that it's better for your jeans not to wash them every time you wear them. It's like not washing your hair every day -- it's healthier, but it's not necessarily something that sounds hygienic. {And doesn't it make you feel better to hear that Elaine waits to wash her jeans, too? I know it helps me...}

Also, I love your outfit. I'm going to look for that top at F21 -- it's too cute.

I think this might be my favorite outfit that you've worn. I'm a sucker for striped tops and skinny jeans.
I constantly take my skinnies out of the laundry pile! They do eventually get washed, it just might take a couple of weeks...

I love random acts of kindness - and it's especially great to pass them along!

Don't feel guilty, I take things out of the laundry pile all the time. You look great and that's what counts!

love the outfit.
i wear my jeans multiple times, so don't worry! they feel more comfortable that way because they've already hugged my body. i just make sure they don't get dirty.
